When an elector cardinal goes to The Hague, he is certainly no longer lending his immunity to some pseudo-religious orders, who across borders internationally and locally in East London commit organised criminality and not just the occasional piratery for the Templars and the Vatican whitewash dirty laundry,

and his testimony is also not on his long paid alimony vague and so, without endangering proceedings he can safely blow the whistle on the blackmailers and notorious cross nailers amongst little sisters and the big ones from a priory, who wish on others, especially Augustinian brothers blisters and who serve in fake humility poison in the French poisson dish! 

As notoriety and mercenary end solutions are their criminal joint enterprise speciality in dangerous associations - just ask anybody, who has had their acqaintance at a Westminster church hall dance out of hours on a Friday night and got a spiked drink and found themselves handcuffed and tortured in underground cross stations surrounded by Ratzinger-Lefebvre novices with fascist lore and black sun and black rose shore and skulls and bones bookshelves with cash en galore!
